A 1930 Spanish Mission residence, restored in full. Walls, ceilings, oak panelling and fireplaces were restored and every fitting replaced. Three bathrooms and two kitchens were remodelled, the pool rebuilt, wrought-iron detailing installed and the grounds landscaped.
