Design intent
We read the drawings for what they are trying to achieve, and hold that intent throughout the build.
Buildability
Our in-house quantity surveyors price the drawings at concept, developed, detailed and consent stage. Where a detail will challenge the budget, you hear it while it can still be resolved on paper.
Detailing on site
Existing structure turns up things nobody could have known were there. Experience means we know the options. Decisions are made with confidence, with you, the structural engineer and the right trades.
Coordination
We manage the budget, cost plan, programme and subcontractors, with you involved at every principal stage.
