Architectural construction, from design stage to handover.
We build complex residential projects for architects and designers across Auckland and Northland. We’re most useful when we’re involved early.
Architectural construction
Alterations, additions and complex builds to an architect’s drawings. We work to the design intent and coordinate with interior designers and landscape architects through to handover.

Our quantity surveying and estimating team prices from design stage, so cost is known while the design can still respond to it.
From there we manage resource and building consents, programme and subcontractors through to handover.
How a project runs with usHeritage and alterations
Character and heritage homes: restoring original fabric, reworking plans and adding new work alongside old. Recladding sits here too.
Spanish Mission, restored in fullWe also deliver hardscaping, retaining walls and pools as part of a wider project.

Bring us in at design stage.
Send us a set and we’ll tell you what it costs and where it will fight you, before the price is fixed.
