How a project runs with us.
We are most useful when an architect brings us in at design stage. This is what that looks like, from the first set of drawings to handover.
Design stage
We read the set and price what is actually drawn. Where a detail is going to fight the budget, you hear it while it can still be resolved on paper.
Katie Scott describes this part of the process in her film.
On site
Existing buildings turn up things nobody drew. The work is deciding quickly, with the architect and the right trades, and holding the design intent through the change.
“…resolved before we even were aware of them.”Mark Hall, MSH Architects
Through to handover
We manage resource and building consents, programme and subcontractors, who work to our programme. Interior designers and landscape architects are coordinated alongside the build.
“…almost exactly what we’d drawn.”Mark Hall, MSH Architects
Bring us in at design stage.
Send us a set and we’ll tell you what it costs and where it will fight you, before the price is fixed.
