We price what is actually drawn. Where a detail will fight the budget, you hear it while it can still be resolved on paper.
Detailing on site
Existing structure turns up things nobody drew. We decide quickly with you and the right trades.
Coordination
Consents, programme and subcontractors run to ours, with you in the loop at every principal stage.
