This 1930s home was originally stucco, but was renovated using a weatherboard; transitioning from Spanish Colonial to an American Colonial style. The late mayor of Auckland, Sir Dove-Myer Robinson, was a former owner. The significant changes included a new basement level, pool and decks, and a new terraced sub-tropical garden.
